Registration
For tuition and fees to appear on your bill before the settlement deadline, you must register by:
Fall 2025 term—July 18, 2025
Spring 2026 term—December 12, 2025
Settlement Deadline
To avoid late fees, you must register and have your tuition and fees paid or deferred, or enroll in a payment plan, by 5 p.m. Pacific time on the following dates:
Fall 2025 term—August 22, 2025
Spring 2026 term—January 9, 2026
Summer tuition & fees are assessed at the time of registration with payment due as stated on the billing statement.

Fall 2025 term:
First day to enroll—July 19, 2025
Last day to enroll—September 12, 2025
Spring 2026 term:
First day to enroll—December 13, 2025
Last day to enroll—January 30, 2026
Agency Billing Authorizations
Submit authorization letters—by settlement deadline for each term.

Refunds
First day for refunds from student accounts:
Fall 2025 term—August 20, 2025
Spring 2026 term—January 7, 2026

Late Settlement Fees
If you do not register and pay or defer your tuition and fees by the settlement deadline, you will be assessed late fees on the following schedule:
Fall 2025 term:
August 22, $100
August 29, $100
September 5, $100
Spring 2026 term:
January 9, $100
January 16, $100
January 23, $100
Finance Charges
A monthly finance charge is assessed on all balances not paid by the monthly due date. The current annual rate is 12 percent.
